1. Automatic type,measures capsules one by one, classifying them into good ones and rejects according to the predetermined weight range, with efficiency of 600~750 capsules/minute,the applicable capsule size is 000#~5#,the weighing rang is 20~2000mg,the maximum accuracy ±2mg;

2. High precision weighing sensor and DSP fast single processing system used in the core part of the equipment enable accurate and rapid data measurement;

3. Mold is constructed by overlapping blocks and lock-in structure,it could be disassembled immediately upon the changing of capsule size and installed just in the right position;

4. Performed in strict conformance with cGMP, three levels of access to the system,computer generated audit trails;data recording, data access, checking and analysis comply with regulations 21 CFR part 11;
