Vacuum Emulsifying Mixer with Homogenizer

The emulsifier is consist of heating system, hydraulic lifting system, operation control cabinet, piping system, is the most suitable cream equipment for the production of high-end skin care products or products.

Material of the unit: the inner wall is made of 316 high quality stainless steel, the jacket and outer layer are made of 304 high quality stainless steel.

The material moves at high speed in the pot to form a strong hydraulic shear to disperse the material, and at the same time, it produces a comprehensive force such as centrifugal extrusion, milling, and collision. The materials are fully mixed, stirred, and refined to meet the ideal requirements.
