Features:

a)     High efficiency: On the basis of original single vertebral and oblique vertebral structure, this device optimizes the product structure and integrates the concentration equipment to have the function of extraction, concentrate and organic solvent recovery. This device can do the hot reflux recycle extraction and concentrate, normal extraction and concentrate etc., simplifying the operation procedures, make the extraction, filtration, concentrate, condensation and other production processes completed in one step, greatly saved the material and extraction time. Working efficiency has improved by 20~35% compared with the general extraction machine.

b)     High conversion rate: During the extraction process, the hot solvent (water or alcohol) is added to the material continuously, the solvent from top to bottom pass through the material dissolved the active ingredient, so that the active ingredients in the material liquid is increased by more than 1 times than the average extraction.

c)     Vacuum extraction can effectively reduce the loss of heat-sensitive active ingredients. Meanwhile, the extraction unit uses frame mixing, a large volume of herbal materials can make full contact with the solvent, to accelerate the precipitation of the active ingredient.

d)     High efficiency of extraction and concentration, after one feeding, the material liquid is recycle used in the airtight device. The active ingredient in material can be extracted continuously, therefore more than 30% solvent can be saved in the same extraction amount. Since the steam is secondary used in the concentrate, the equipment can save 50% energy consumption.

e)     When this device is in use, extraction equipment and concentrate equipment can operate independently, can also be linked to run. The extraction, concentrate and the recovery is performed in a closed flow path.

f)      Material contacting parts are all made of stainless steel and able to work under negative pressure, normal pressure, positive pressure state. In order of the easy dregs taking, the extraction part is equipped with a large aperture manhole or hand hole, and also with a double filter system to prevent the flow of small dregs of decoction inside the tank.
