Description:
A super low carbon Stainless welding wire used to weld Types 201, 302, 304 and 308 stainless steels. Can also be used for joining some dissimilar 300 series steels. The low carbon content to help prevent intergranular corrosion.
Used to weld super low carbon 18%Cr8%Ni or similar stainless steels, like ASTM 304L, 304LN, 308L base metal etc.

Description:
A super low carbon and high silicon stainless steel welding wire has high deposition efficiency, used to weld 19%Cr12%Ni2%Mo and similar stainless steels. The low carbon content to help prevent intergranular corrosion and higher silicon increase weld puddle fluidity, suitable for high speed welding. Used to weld 19%Cr13%Ni2%Mo and similar stainless steels, like food and Beverage, Petrochemical plants, Pulp and Paper, other general fabrication on stainless steels.

Description:
A stainless steel gas shielded welding wire designed for all position welding, offers better corrosion resistance than Type 308 wires, used to weld 347 and 321 stainless steel . Niobium (Nb) is used as the stabilized element to prevent intergranular corrosion.
Application:
Used to weld important anti-corrosion steel which contain Nb or nickel-chrome alloys which Ti as the stabilized element .

ER2209 is used to weld 22% Cr/ 5% Ni duplex stainless steels. 2205 Duplex base material shows higher strength compared with standard austenitic stainless steels, such as 316L.
