Mild steel pipes with ceramic line coating are essentially different from traditional steel pipes, wear-resistant alloy cast steel pipes, cast stone pipes, and steel-plastic and steel pipes. The outer layer of the ceramic steel pipe is a steel pipe, and the inner layer is corundum. The corundum layer has a Vickers hardness of 1100-1500 (Rockwell hardness of 90-98), which is equivalent to tungsten-cobalt hard gold. The wear resistance is 20 times higher than that of the carbon steel pipe, and it is much superior to the corundum wheel which is usually bonded. Now the corundum grinding wheel is still the main grinding wheel for all kinds of grinding machines.
