Using famous brand PLC, the performance is more stable, programming automatic control vacuum boiling sugar temperature, time, heat preservation temperature and pouring speed; 2. 10.7 inch large touch screen displays the process flow chart, working status of each part, setting and display of parameters such as temperature and pouring speed, etc., so that users can operate and master them more easily; 3. The production capacity of series products can be 150-600 kg per hour; 4. The accurate flow of sugar solution is controlled by frequency control, and the quality of sugar paste is stable; 5. The dynamic mixer can finish the quantitative blending of flavors, pigments and acids on line. 6. Conveying chain belt, cooling system and double demoulding mechanism ensure demoulding; 7.
