Introduction:
Heat pump hot air drying systems are widely used in industrial fields. Such as food drying, wood drying, drying medicinal herbs, tobacco drying, drying paper products, meat drying, drying fruits and vegetables, tea or flower drying, seed drying, heating oil, drying mushroom, agricultural products drying and so on. The main feature is low operating costs, general savings 20%~30% than using coal; savings 50%~80% than using oil, gas or electricity; low-temperature drying, dried product is good quality, good color, high grade.
Working Principle:
The main principle of the heat pump drying is by the heat pump evaporator absorbing heat from the outside air, through the compressor, transfer the energy to the drying oven, the heating hot air circulating within the drying oven, absorbing the moisture in the materials, by the hot air dehumidifying or condensation water removing process, water is discharged, and ultimately to achieve the continuous drying of materials.
