Molding process is controlled by computer, mainly in core modules according to the procedures prescribed by the production lining (the same as the filament winding of glass steel pipe lined with craft), according to design good linear and the thickness of the winding structure after gel layer, and quartz sand mixed with resin mortar around structure layer, finally winding outside protective layer.

Our fiberglass pipe laminate meets the requirement of API specification API 15LR and API 15HR. Pipe and fittings have a liner thickness of 0.25mm. Pipe with no liner is available upon request. The pipe wall thickness established in this catalogue is based on design temperature of 93°C. Contact for higher application temperatures.
