FRP pipe is a lightweight, high-strength, corrosion-resistant non-metallic pipe. It is made of resin as a matrix and glass fiber as a reinforcing material through a special process. Structural features

1) Has excellent corrosion resistance
Do not use cathodic anti-corrosion protection and other anti-corrosion measures. It will not cause secondary pollution to water and other media. The product has a long service life.
(2) Light weight
The weight of the pipe only accounts for 1/4 of the same specifications and the same length of ductile iron pipe, and 1/10 of the cement pipe. Convenient transportation and installation, easy installation.
(3) Long single pipe length
Reduce pipeline joints, speed up installation, and improve the quality of the entire pipeline.
(4) Smooth inner wall
Reduce flow resistance, increase flow rate, and reduce energy consumption. Use a smaller diameter pipe to convey the same flow of fluid, which can increase the flow by about 10% compared with the same size steel pipe; it does not scale, and does not reduce the flow rate for long-term use. The protection of cables in both noisy and heavily corroded environments is good.

Main molding process

Controlled by a computer, the lining is manufactured on the core mold according to the same process as fiber-wound glass steel pipe. After the gel, the structure layer is wound according to the designed line shape and thickness, and the mortar mixed with quartz sand and resin is wrapped around the structure. In the layer, the outer protective layer is finally wound.
