Uses:
Vacuum oven for scientific research units, professional colleges, industrial and mining enterprises and other units of the laboratory, as well as the production site, in the vacuum state of drying and heat treatment of articles, etc.
The heating and drying of articles in a vacuum state has the following advantages;
(1)The drying temperature can be reduced.
(2) Avoid oxidation of some items when heated.
(3)Avoiding heating the air kills living cells.
(4) No dust damage.
Structure:
1. The box body is made of high quality cold-rolled steel plate, the surface is sprayed by electrostatic powder, the coating is hard and firm, and it has strong anti-rust ability.
2. The working room is made of high quality stainless steel plate, with round corners, smooth, smooth and easy to clean.
3. Between the box body and the studio, the ultra-fine glass wool insulation material is filled, which has a good heat preservation function, effectively ensuring the stability and accuracy of the temperature in the box and the influence on the use of the environment.
4. The door of the box is made of double-layer toughened glass structure, which can clearly observe the heated items in the box and has good heat insulation effect. Can effectively avoid burning operators.
5. A heat-resistant rubber sealing ring is installed between the working room and the glass door to ensure a higher vacuum in the box.
6. The heater is installed on the outer surface of the studio to maximize the uniformity of the temperature inside the box and facilitate indoor cleaning.
7. Temperature control adopts microcomputer intelligent digital technology manufacturing, with industrial PID. Self-setting and four-digit double LED window indication function, high temperature control accuracy, strong anti-interference ability, and very convenient operation (details see the temperature controller operation manual).
