(option 1) KJ-KTTM adjustable film applicator by adjusting the two differentiators above the film applicator, the scraper below can be adjusted up and down to control the gap, that is, the thickness of the final coating.

Thanks to the use of a high-precision micrometer, the film can be adjusted from 0 to 3500 microns, and the blade clearance can be adjusted per 10 microns during scraping.

This film applicator is suitable for research projects that accurately assess subtle differences in film thickness.
