Piston pneumatic Filler is of wide applicability and can be used for dosing filling of creams and liquids in the fields of daily

This machine is of reasonable structure, reliable performance and accurate quantification. It applies pneumatically-driven
structure. The shell and all the parts connected with filling materials are made of stainless steel (SS304 is used for standard ones and SS316 can also be customized). The inner walls of main parts are mirror-polished in roughness Ra≤0.2-0.4µm, which conforms to the requirements of GMP certification. Therefore, it is rustless and corrosion resistant. In addition, the user can adjust the filling volume and speed within the type limitation as required.

G1WG: This model got only 1 filling head, primarily used to filling viscous liquid, cream, paste.
G1WY: This model got only 1 filling head, primarily used to fill fluent liquid, such as water.
G2WG: Same as G1WG, but with 2 filling heads.
G2WY: Same as G1WY, but with 2 filling heads.
Filling Range: Each model can be customised with different filling range, like 10~100ml, 50~500ml, 100~1000ml, 300~2500ml,1000~5000ml.

Say your requirement is to filling mineral water for 480ml each bottle, then you can choose G1WY with 50-500ml.
