It is mainly divided into steel structures on both sides and the top of the box. The outer shell of the oven is made of 1.2mm stainless steel, which is formed by riveting and welding. The inner wall of the oven is made of stainless steel with a thickness of 1.2mm, After argon arc welding, it is polished and polished. The four corners of the box are all rounded corners, no dead corners, easy to clean, and the surface is flat and smooth.
2. The insulation layer in the box is filled with high-quality aluminum silicate fiber cotton. This product has the characteristics of high heat resistance, low thermal conductivity, good chemical stability, and strong thermal shock resistance. The thickness is 80 mm, and the surface temperature does not exceed the environment. The temperature is 10 ℃.
3. The convection wall in the box is adjustable. By adjusting the ventilation gap of the convection wall, the temperature in the box is uniform. The no-load temperature inside the box is ± 5℃.
4. The heating method of the oven is electric, and the heating element is installed on the side of the air duct in the box.
5. The hot air circulation of the box adopts low-noise axial flow fan, the fan power is 0.55kw / set, the air volume is 350 cubic meters / h / set, and it is installed on the right side of the box.
6. There is one moisture exhaust port on the top of the box, with a size of 150 × 30,mm and two supplementary air inlets, the size is: 150 × 150mm.
7. The oven is equipped with 4 drying cars and 96 baking trays. The baking tray is made of 30x30x1.5mm stainless steel square tube. The baking tray is made by stainless steel net by hand. The size of the baking tray is 640x460x45mm.
8. The oven temperature control uses Huibang high-precision intelligent instrument and PID to adjust the intelligent temperature control. The oven is equipped with a set of electrical controls, which are installed on one side of the oven.
