tapioca starch rotary drum dryer is a kind of drying equipment used to reduce moisture content of the material , and can be used for drying coal, coal slurry, brown coal, fly ash, gypsum, clay, Kaolin, mineral powder, slag, iron powder, mill scale, sludge, sawdust/wood chips, chicken manure, feed etc.

The main body of roller drum dryer is a cylinder at a certain gradient with horizon. The cylinder is drove by gear at a speed of 2-6r/min. The general gradient of cylinder is about 1°-5°. Materials enter cylinder by the upper end. As the cylinder rotates, materials flow to the lower end under gravity and get discharged. During this period, materials get thorough contact with hot air, moisture inside gets vaporized. Due to dehydrating machine operates under negative pressure, the inlet and outlet both adopt sealing device to avoid air leakage.

Tapioca starch rotary drum dryer mainly consists of a large revolving cylinder , roll ring , wheel gear ,supporting device , sealing device , motor and reduction gears etc . In it inward , some lifting boards are fixed on the inner wall , and we specially project a number of steel chain , movable grates and screw feeding device . All these can solve the problem of easy block . Its relative equipments are conveyor , dust collector , draught fan and so on.

Dust collector is used to collect small fines and protect to environment.

Draught fan is used to take out hot air of high water content and Improve drying efficiency.
