Introduction of rotary dryer

1)Rotary dryer mainly consists of drum barrel, roll ring, wheel gear, lifting board, chain, motor,

reduction, reduction gears and other parts.

Working Principle 

Rotary dryer is rotating cylinder with horizontal line and with a slightly sloping. The heat

carrier and materials flow into the cylinder. With the rotation of cylinder, the materials flow to

the drum barrel under the gravity. During the materials move, the materials directly or indirectly 

get the heat, so that the wet materials to be dried. Then the dry materials at the discharge end

will be sent out by the screw conveyor belt.

On the inner wall of cylinder has lifting board, which can lift and spread the materials, so that the

wet materials is sufficient contant with air stream to increase the drying speed and promote the

materials moving forward.
