Working Principle of briquette press machine

Motive power will transmit to two rollers synchronously through the reducer and make them rotate oppositely. Materials naturally enter into ball mold, along with roller rotation, pressure of materials bearing become larger. When arriving at two rollers contact point, materials bearing pressure reaches peak. Under the tremendous pressure, materials become ball shape from powder shape.

1. Briquette production line mainly include Crusher, mixer, briquette press machine and dryer.

2. The raw material size should less than 5mm, otherwise, you should use crusher at first.

3. In this production line, you should add some binder to increase the briquettes hardness. So, should use mixer to mix the raw material and binder. There are double shaft mixer (continuous mixer) and wheel mill (batch mixer).

4. Briquette press machine will press the mixture material (raw material + binder) into briquette shape. We can press oblateness shape, pillow shape, square shape etc.

5. After briquette press machine, the humidity of briquette is about 15%, should use briquettes dryer to drying. There are mesh belt dryer, chain plate dryer and vertical box dryer.
