Briquetting machine is a machine used for making some powder materials into briquettes. For example coal fines,charcoal powder, coke powder, iron ore powder, gypsum powder etc. This machine widely used in energy industry,chemical industry, metallurgy, refractory material industry, heating industry and so on. It is widely used in some factory, such as coal industry, steel mill, chemical plant etc.

This machine has two rollers and the rollers are important part to make the raw materials into briquettes. When the power is switched on, the two rollers start to rotate. And then put the materials into the roll. The materials are pressed into briquettes with the rotation of the rollers.

The flow chart serve as a guide line onle, and we can adjust based on your raw materials.

Requirement of the raw materials:

1.Material's size: mostly less than 5mm

2.During pressing, the moisture should be controlled 5-12%(The moisture has big impact on the briquetting.)

3. Binder and other additives:The users should be well-prepared according to the characteristics of the materials and the environment for use.

The equipment is packaged in plastic film and fixed in a container with wire, and the parts are packed in plywood boxes.
