Product Application of bricket machine
Bricket machine can press ore powder, metal powder, coal powder, coke powder and other materials into ball shape. Such as coal, lignite, coke, charcoal, manganese ore, gypsum, bauxite, ferrosilicon, chromium powder etc. Final briquettes have features of high density, high strength, high hardness, high performance, and the main rollers adopt hard wear resistance materials, which improve roller's service life greatly. 

Bricket machine requires the raw material size should less than 3mm and the moisture content is about 12%. Then mix the raw material with binder by mixer. There are powder binder and liquid binder, different binder should use different binder feeder. After mix, the raw material will be send into bricket machine to press briquettes. If you like low moisture content of final briquettes, we also can provide briquettes dryer.
