This series calcium aluminate high pressure briquette press machine is different from ordinary briquette machine, It's a rolling briquette devices that pressing various dry powder into high bulk density briquettes by preloading device, mainly used in coal, mining, metallurgy, refractory materials, building materials and light metal industries, and it's often press the special material which not allow any water and addtive in briquetting process such as: calcium aluminate, limestone, quicklime, cryolite, chemical fertilizer, magnesium powder,copper powder, chromite ore fines, aluminium dust ,bauxite and graphite powder etc materials. Because of its higher purchase costs and operating costs, Zhongzhou suggest customer choose the ordinary briquette machine if your raw materials allow to add binder and water. This briquette press machine demand raw material should be controlled in 60-200 mesh, and the maximum size not more than 2mm which also not more than 20%, humidity of materials under 3%. The final briquettes are usually used for smelting in kiln in different industries.

Q: Can only one set briquettes machine complete briquetting?
A: No, before briquetting, the raw materials should be in 0-5mm, the water content of raw materials should be 8-15%, aslo some raw materials maybe need binder in process,so in general the complete briquettes production line include Drying --- Hopper --- Crusher--- Mixer--- Briquette Press Machine--- Briquette Dryer, but if you had those auxiliary equipment,you can only order calcium aluminate high pressure briquette press machine.

Q: What is the binder in process?
A: It is depend on the properties of your raw materials, and also usage of briquettes. We have some formula of binders for some of raw materials, we would like to share them to our customers.

Q: How about the hardness of briquettes?
A: Our calcium aluminate high pressure briquette press machine adpot 9Cr2 forging steel to make rollers, with a hydraulic station, the whole pressure is very high, the briquettes will not broken when it drop up from 3meters high.
