Q: Can only one set briquettes machine complete briquetting?
A: No, before briquetting, the raw materials should be in 0-5mm, the water content of raw materials should be 8-15%, aslo some raw materials maybe need binder in process,so in general the complete briquettes production line include Drying --- Hopper --- Crusher--- Mixer--- Briquette Making Machine--- Briquette Dryers, but if you had those auxiliary equipment,you can only order quicklime briquette making machine.

Q: What is the binder in process?
A: It is depend on the properties of your raw materials, and also usage of briquettes. We have some formula of binders for some of raw materials, we would like to share them to our customers.

Q: How about the hardness of briquettes?
A: Our quicklime briquette making machine adpot 9Cr2 forging steel to make rollers, with a hydraulic station, the whole pressure is very high, the briquettes will not broken when it drop up from 3meters high.
