GCBA-II mechanical stamping briquette plants is a kind of energy recycling equipment which is also named biomass punching briquette plants, used to make pollution-free fuel briquettes from various biomass materials (coconut shell, sawdust, straw, rice husk, etc). During the molding process, the surface of briquettes is carbonized through high temperature and high pressure. So briquettes have higher combustion heat compared to burning wood chips directly.

The spare parts of punching briquette plants is important, they are easy to wear out. For example, the screw propellers, the bearing put great pressure on the proplee to squinch the sawdust into molding barrel. So, it will be weared out easily. Every eight hours need to be repaired with wear-resistant electrode. And, nearly a month, it need to be replaced with a new one.
The briquettes produced by the coconut shell punching briquette plants is easily handled and stacked, and they have some advantages over those produced using the ram and die press. While the briquettes produced by a piston press are completely solid, screw briquetting machine on the other hand have a concentric hole which gives better combustion characteristics due to a larger specific area. The piston briquette plants is also homogeneous and do not disintegrate easily. Having a high combustion rate, these can substitute for coal in most applications and in boilers.
