    Ultrasonic nano dispersion consists of ultrasonic vibrating parts, ultrasonic special driving power and reactor. Ultrasonic vibration components mainly include ultrasonic transducers, ultrasonic horns, and tool heads (emission heads) for generating ultrasonic vibrations and emitting the vibrational energy into liquids. The transducer converts the input electrical energy into mechanical energy.

     The manifestation is that the ultrasonic transducer moves back and forth in the longitudinal direction, and the amplitude is generally several micrometers. This kind of amplitude power density is not enough and cannot be used directly. The horn magnifies the amplitude as designed, isolates the reaction solution and the transducer, and also serves to fix the entire ultrasonic vibration system. The tool head is connected to the horn, and the horn transfers the ultrasonic energy vibration to the tool head. The tool head then transmits the ultrasonic energy into the chemical reaction liquid.
