TP-1003A Pipe Drop Hammer Impact Tester

It is suitable for the determination of impact toughness of PVC-U, PVC-C pipe, PP pipe, PE pipe and plastic pipe for underground communication pipe. It is an ideal testing instrument for testing, production units, building materials industry and scientific research units. The control part of the testing machine is controlled by PLC and operated and displayed by touch screen, with high degree of automation. It can preset and display the impact height digitally, automatically zero, lift, drop and impact, and can effectively prevent the secondary impact. The secondary impact capture rate is 100%. V-shaped iron is adjusted to adapt to the free falling movement of samples and hammers with different diameters. It can provide impact hammers, drop hammers and secondary impact prevention devices that meet other standards according to the order requirements. Two test methods, pass method and gradient method, are applicable. Equipped with personal safety automatic protection device (sample chamber door safety protection, anti electric shock safety protection, etc.).
