The roller crusher is mainly used for medium and fine crushing of raw materials. Such as coal, coal gangue, coke, limestone, sulfur ore, phosphate ore and other materials.

The crushing method is the pair of roller extrusion. The crushed material should be brittle. The shape of the crushed material is mostly in regular flakes. The compressive strength of the crushed material does not exceed 60MPa, and the hardness is grade 3. Particle adhesion will occur when the moisture content of the material exceeds 6%.

The machine uses two rollers to rotate relatively to crush the material that enters the crushing chamber, and then passes through the gap between the two rollers to enter the hopper.
