Application:
COP-W series is fully enclosed type cooking oil purifier, equipped with weather proof, dust and water resistant enclosure. It is mainly used for purifying UCO used cooking oil, vegetable oil, KFC oil, edible oil, rape oil, sesame oil, peanut oil,coconut oil, beam oil, kitchen oil, bio-diesel oil, plant oil, wood oil etc. It is an ideal purification machine for biodiesel factory, animal feed factory etc. It effectively removes particles, water, gases and alcohol etc from the oil.
With our oil decoloration machine TYS, it can also effectively remove the dark color from oil.

Features:
1.It removes impurity, odor, water, acid and alcohol etc from oil completely and effectively by degassing, dehydration and filtering.
2.This plant composed by two parts, one is the press filter, and other one is the vacuum oil purifier system. The press filter can remove the big and tiny impurity; The precision of purification can reach to 1 Micro. The Vacuum system equips three grades filter (primary filter, mass water separator, and fine filer). All process works under the vacuum condition.
3.Adopt back flushing system, which can clear impurities automatically.
4. We uses stainless steel filter element which has a good function in anti-corrosive. Especially, the precision of eliminates impurity is high and the service life is long. Also, it has a large volume for storing the impurities.
5. The unique degas and dewater system: Using the 3D-Evaporation technical and thin film evaporation, which can separate the trace water, soluble water and gas from the oil quickly by the Multi-level water-oil separation technology.
