Application:
COP series vacuum oil filtration machine is mainly used for purifying UCO used cooking oil, vegetable oil, KFC oil, edible oil, rape oil, sesame oil, peanut oil,coconut oil, beam oil, kitchen oil, bio-diesel oil, plant oil, wood oil etc. It is an ideal purification machine for biodiesel factory, soap factory, animal feed factory etc. It effectively removes particles, water, gases and alcohol etc from the oil.

Features:
1.It removes impurities, water, alcohol etc from oil completely and effectively by degassing, dehydration and filtering.
2.This plant is mainly composed of filters system and vacuum system. All process works under the vacuum condition.
3.We uses stainless steel filter element which has a good function in anti-corrosive, of high filtration precision and long service life, with big impurities holding capacity.
4. The unique degas and dewater system can separate the trace water, soluble water and gas from the oil quickly by the Multi-level water-oil separation technology.
