Shaking table principle
The electromagnetic vibration test system works like a speaker. That is, the energized conductor is moved by the electromagnetic force in the magnetic field.
When the moving coil in the magnetic circuit of the vibrating table passes the alternating current signal, the exciting force is generated, and the vibrating motion is generated in the magnetic circuit.

Shaking table body features:
1. Double magnetic circuit structure: Compared with a single magnetic circuit, the magnetic field strength is strong, the volume of the platform is small, and the magnetic leakage is small.

Temperature system
1. Heating method: electric heater heating air circulation mode
2. Heater: heater made of bare spiral nickel-chromium heating wire and insulating ceramic bracket; solid state relay for non-contact zero-crossing
The trigger drive heater works, no contact sparks and noise, and long service life.
3. Temperature measurement: High-precision imported Finnish platinum DIN PT-100Ω temperature measuring sensor.
4. Temperature control: The controller compares the temperature sensor signal of the cavity temperature and the set value, and controls the output through PID+SSR.
The heating power or refrigerant flow is automatically adjusted to achieve a dynamic constant temperature balance of the air temperature inside the equipment box.
