2000kn Utm Universal Testing Machine Application:

Computer Controlled Servo Hydraulic 2000kn Utm Universal Testing Machine is used for tensile, compression, bending and shear tests of various metal materials, and can also be used as compression tests for non-metallic materials such as plastics, concrete and cement, adding simple accessories to complete a variety of performance tests of tape chains, wire ropes, electric welds, tiles and components.

 

Character:

This testing machine adopts vertical structure, oil cylinder underneath the work bench, two or four columns, two leading screws, more stable.

The test process is controlled by computer software, it can realize the closed-loop control for test force, displacement, deformation, it can set up different load way, like constant displacement , constant force, constant extension.

During the test process, the computer screen always displays the test data, like test force, peak value, test speed, displacement and test curve, like load-time curve, load-displacement curve, displacement-time curve, stress-strain curve etc.

When the specimen’s broken, the machine can automatically stop. You can save the test data and print the test report.
