This hydraulic load universal metal mechanical testing machine is suitable for metal materials, non-metal materials, composite materials, like metal wire, nylon rope, steel bar, cable, stainless steel, steel sheet, steel strip, alloy etc. When it’s equipped with matched clamps, it can test the tensile strength, yield strength, compression strength, bending strength, tearing strength, elastic modulus etc.

Character:

l This testing machine adopts vertical structure, oil cylinder underneath the work bench, two or four columns, two leading screws, more stable.

l The test process is controlled by computer software, it can realize the closed-loop control for test force, displacement, deformation, it can set up different load way, like constant displacement , constant force, constant extension.

l During the test process, the computer screen always displays the test data, like test force, peak value, test speed, displacement and test curve, like load-time curve, load-displacement curve, displacement-time curve, stress-strain curve etc.

l When the specimen’s broken, the machine can automatically stop. You can save the test data and print the test report.

Transmission system:

Down beam go up and down by the use of motor reducer, chain drive mechanism, vice screw drive, to achieve tensile, compression of space to adjust.
