1>Shape of bearing bar: plain or serrated  type.

2> Bearing Bar (Load Bar) Specifications (mm):The specification of plain type and serrated type bearing bar is 20 x 3 to 100 x 10;
3> Bearing Bar Pitch (center to center):according to client's requirement and 30, 40, 60mm are recommended,

4>Cross bar pitch :38.1, 40, 50, 60, 76, 80, 100, 101.6, 120mm, 2' ' & 4' ' etc

7.Tolerance of hot dip galvanized steel grating

The allowed deviation of length is +0/-5mm, while the allowed deviation of width is +/-5 mm. 
The non-perpendicularity of bearing bar is allowed no more than 10% of width of bearing bar. 
Cross bar surface should not surpass bearing bar surface 1mm, beginning & end of cross bar should not surpass the end surfaces of two sides of grating 2mm.

 9.The installation of  steel grid grating

The galvanized steel grid grating manufactured by our company is easy to install,there are two ways to install.You can weld it directly or use Mounting clip to fix it,the installation of galvanized steel grid grating is very easy.

 

 10.The package of steel grid grating 

Steel grid grating  is  normally packed in the way with two pieces of square wood on both upper and bottom sides. There are four or six pieces M10 long bolt penetrating the gratings and screwing them together.  it is suitable for loading and unloading by forklift.But we also packing our products on costumer’s requirement.
