HAIAO coarse-mesh grating is used for a number of applications, such as protective grids, gates, anti-burglary guards of different kind, fences, false ceilings, barriers, espaliers and display racks.The gratings are manufactured with two different mesh sizes Optional sizes are supplied on request.The gratings are hot dipped galvanised as standard, but can also be supplied powder-lacquered.

3.The application of Coarse-Mesh grating
The products are widely used in steel structure platforms,stair treads, floors, drainages, well covers , sidewalks,decks etc. We can also design and manufacture special steel gratings on our customer's requirement.
5.The installation of Coarse-Mesh grating
Productions made by our company are easy to install,there are two ways to install it.Weld it directly for Permanent using or use clips to fix it for re-movement,it's very easy to install it with our special design.

(2)Optimum water draining: Water leakage area reaches 83.3%,which is more than two times larger than that of cast iron.
(3)Hot-dip galvanizing: Good antirust performance,maintenance free and replacement free.
(4)Design of preventing theft: The cover is connected with the frame by gemel,which ensures protection against theft,safety,and convenient opening.

8.Tolerance of Coarse-Mesh grating
The allowed deviation of length is +0/-5mm, while the allowed deviation of width is +/-5 mm.
The non-perpendicularity of bearing bar is allowed no more than 10% of width of bearing bar.
Cross bar surface should not surpass bearing bar surface 1mm, beginning & end of cross bar should not surpass the end surfaces of two sides of grating 2mm.
Sample service
Coarse-Mesh grating are normally packed with two pieces of square wood on both upper and bottom sides.We always use 4 or 6 long bolts penetrate gratings and screw them together.This kind of packaging is suitable for fork-lift loading. And we also pack our productions on our costumer’s requirement.
Time of deilivery: 15-20 days after receiving 30% deposit
Payment: 30% by T/T in advance, the balance by T/T against the fax copy of B/L.
