Working Principle of Black Walnut Cracker

After the equipment is in normal operation, the walnut is quantitatively, uniformly and continuously put into the hopper. The walnut is broken under the repeated impact, friction and collision of the rotor. The walnut kernel and the broken shell pass under the rotating wind pressure and blow of the rotor. A sieve with a certain pore size (the first large-time screen for threshing, the small peel after the cleansing is replaced with a small-hole sieve for the second shelling) is filtered and separated. Under the action of the rotating fan blowing force, the walnut shell and the granules blow the light-weight shell out of the machine body, and the heavier weight is filtered through the vibrating screen to achieve the purpose of cleaning.
