Brief introduction of the Sesame peeling machine:

1. The sesame peeling washing machine is composed of a combination of a peeling cylinder and a washing barrel. The barrel is a vertical cylinder, the internal space can be fully utilized, the volume is small, the structure is simple, the appearance is beautiful, the operation is convenient, and the maintenance rate is low. 

2. A compound agitator is used which produces an axial split. Radial shunting, material turning is sufficient, no dead angle. The use of the compound agitator shortens the time during which the sesame is invaded, peeled and separated, improves the production efficiency, and improves the quality of the product.

3. The peeling machine is a special equipment for separating from the sesame endothelium, and has the advantages of thorough peeling, perfect grain, white and bright.

Working Principle of peanut washing and peeling machine

1. The machine is mainly composed of reducer, tank body, compound agitator, separation sieve plate, water adding pipeline, and various inlet and outlet.

2. The raw material is infiltrated with hot water added with a certain amount of caustic soda. The reducer drives the agitator to rotate. Due to the structural characteristics of the compound agitator, the materials are circulated up and down, and the sesame and the infiltration liquid are mixed evenly and fully.

3. The relative friction between the stirrer and sesame and between sesame and sesame is used to separate the sesame from the kernel to achieve the purpose of peeling the sesame.

Soaking

The special stirrer, which is driven by decelerator, puts upward the peripheral sesame seed and the center sesame will continuously move downwards, in this way, the sesame will move up and down, later the sesame soak in water totally.

Skin removing

The stirrer driven by decelerator makes the soaked sesame rotating rapidly up and down. The hull will removed from the kernel by the friction between sesames and the rotating force from the stirrer.

Skin and Kernel’s Separating

The hull and kernel are pushed continuously by the stirrer driven by decelerator to move in radial and axile directions. The hull is discharged through the holes on the plate, while the kernel is sustained by the plate with holes, and thus they are separated from each other.
