Structure:Transformer oil chromatographic analyzer is composed of a host, record (gas chromatography workstation, gas generator or gas cylinders) (Figure).
The host in the middle of the figure consists of three parts: the left is gas path control unit, the middle are the host, column chamber, detector part, the right is microcomputer temperature control unit. (as the below picture)
Feature:
it has the characteristics of stable and reliable performance, simple and reasonable structure, simple operation, high expansibility, etc.
The basic configuration of two detectors, hydrogen flame ionization (FID) and thermal conductivity detector (TCD). Three kinds of detectors, such as ECD, FPD, NPD and methane reforming furnace, can be easily extended by double packed column sampling system and special capillary sampling system.
It can be easily extended to a dual hydrogen flame ionization detector and a dual FID amplifier.
Products have been widely used in electric power, petroleum, chemical industry, agricultural chemicals, public safety, liquor, environmental monitoring, health and epidemic prevention, institutions, scientific research and other departments.
