Citrus production line
1. Citrus enters the conveyor belt to the washing machine

2. Citrus cleaning
Citrus cleaning machine: Citrus cleaning is completed by three procedures of rinsing, applying detergent and rinsing.
 
3. Citrus waxing

4. Air-dried citrus
The citrus is air-dried by an air dryer, and the hot air at 50-60°C is generated by burning diesel oil, which is blown into the drying box by a blower to dry the wax liquid on the surface of the fruit.
 5. Citrus grading
The citrus is classified by a fruit grading machine. The grading machine can be classified according to 6 grades. The grade size is controlled by adjusting the distance of the roller according to the diameter of the citrus fruit.
 
6, Produce fruit
After being sorted by the grading machine, the citrus fruits will be conveyed out of the conveyor belt that falls into different grade ranges according to the size.
