   Gal-oligosaccharide (GOS) is a natural property of functional oligosaccharides. Its molecular structure is usually galactose or glucose molecules connected with 1~7 Gal, namely Gal-(Gal)n-Glc / Gal(n 0-6). In nature, there is a trace amount of GOS in animal milk, and the content is higher in breast milk. The flora of bifidobacteria in infants largely depends on the GOS components in breast milk. Galactooligosaccharides are the only 8 species of great human gut bacteria available.
