The device is a fully automated button cosmetic inspection device , which is mainly used to detect defects ( edges broken ,holes broken, three holes , mixed materials , pin hole , bubbles , wire drawing ., etc ) . Buttons such as resin buttons , metal buttons, shell buttons , snap buttons , and five-prong buttons . The huge volume hopper can contain 100,000 buttons which can run for 3 to 4 hours without human intervention .The device can run 24 hours a day , has an annual production capacity of 30,000 pcs and a daily production capacity of over 600,000 pcs .
