The kn95 mask machine is a fully automatic machine used to fold the mask body. Using ultrasonic technology, the kn95 mask machine glues 3 to 5 layers of PP non-woven fabric, activated carbon and filtering materials, and cuts out the folded mask body, which can process 3M9001 , 9002 and other mask bodies.
This machine is an all-in-one machine of automatic three-dimensional folding mask. From the feeding of cloth to the completion of automation of finished products, including (upper bridge strip, printing), spot welding of elastic belt, folding, forming, welding and cutting of finished products, waste removal, and finished product output, the automatic production on a machine is fully realized.
