The microcrystalline zinc photoengraving plate is with the photosensitive emulsion in front and orange paint in back.

Our photoengraving etching zinc plate for precoated photosensitive adhesive printing reached the same level in Japan 

and the United States. With its excellent oxidation resistance and cost effectiveness, photoengraving zinc plate is ideal for plaques, awards, intaglio, letterpress and still used for hot stamping, embossing and thermal dies in some countries.
High quality zinc photoengraving plates are available from 1.0 to 7.0 mm thickness.

Photoengraving Zinc Plate Etching in Chemical Etching Machine

Etching Principle: The zinc plate is to be corroded clamped on the turntable of the machine. Zinc plate is also subjected to vertical impact of the corrosive liquid while making a rotary motion. The unexposured part of Zinc plate is corroded and dissolved, then a graphic zinc etching plate dies is made.
