Test principle
Weigh a certain amount of the sample to be tested with an analytical balance, place the sample in a carbon black content tester, heat it to a certain temperature under the protection of nitrogen, and pyrolyze at a constant temperature for about 45 minutes, and then weigh the pyrolysis product Weight; heat the pyrolyzed product to 900±50℃ for calcination with oxygen; calculate the carbon black content in the sample according to the mass difference before and after pyrolysis and calcination.
