Excellent impact resistance, metal bonding and thermal shock resistance
The superhard alloy bimetal composite wear-resisting tube produced by our company, the bonding surface of the two metals is the combination of metallurgy, so it is safe and reliable to use. The coefficient of thermal expansion is the same between the two, and there will be no expansion and collapse. The outer wall of the pipe is made of steel tube and the inner lining is made of superhard wear resistant alloy. The product not only has the characteristics of wear resistance and corrosion resistance of high alloy products, but also has higher mechanical properties and impact resistance.
Good heat and corrosion resistance
The matrix of superhard alloy material has strong heat and corrosion resistance, which can show good corrosion resistance and wear resistance under high temperature or corrosion environment. Under the interaction of wet state, corrosive medium and particle scour, it is more suitable to use super-hard wear-resistant alloy in as-cast state. Under the dry condition with abrasive wear as the main failure mode, the superhard wear-resistant alloy material which can obtain martensite matrix through heat treatment is selected.
