The titanium-Calcium type should be dried at 150℃ for 1 hour, and the low-hydrogen type should be dried at 200-250℃ for 1 hour (repeated drying is not allowed, otherwise the skin is easy to crack and peel off), so as to prevent sticky oil and other dirt on the surface of the electrode, which will increase the carbon content of the welding seam and affect the quality of welding parts. When welding tee, carbide is precipitated by repeated heating, which reduces corrosion resistance and mechanical properties. The gb tee welding process needs to be controlled in accordance with the actual use instructions and forms, so that the elbow products can fully show good use characteristics and performance, to ensure good contribution and quality in use. After welding, the hardness is large and crack is easy to occur. If the same type of electrode welding, must be more than 300℃ preheating and welding after 700℃ or so slow cooling treatment. If the welding piece can not carry on the post-welding heat treatment, should choose the chromium-nickel stainless steel electrode. In order to improve the corrosion resistance and weldability of the national standard tee and increase the appropriate amount of stability elements Ti, Nb, Mo, etc., the weldability is better, the use of the same type of chromium stainless steel electrode, should be more than 200℃ preheating and welding after about 800℃ tempering treatment.
