The QT range, a updated product of our Company, is a quarter-turn electric actuator which has absorbed foreign advanced technology. It can operate with butterfly valve, ball valve and cock valve and other kinds of quarter-turn valves.

Its case body is made of die-casting aluminum, compact and light, which boasts of a striking design.

QT range is featured by high efficiency, high reliability, high protection class and 1ow noise. Both remote control and local control are available. This product has been applied to many fields, such as petroleum, chemicals,electricity, water treatment and paper-making industry.

The protection class is IP67 and if required, IP68 is also available. QT range includes QT Standard, QT Integral( QT. IN ) , QT Modulating Integral, QT Explosion proof( QT. Ex ) ( Explosion-proof grade is ExdllBT4 Gb ) and QT Integral Explosion proof( QT. Ex. IN.

1. When the output speed is no less than 1r/min, the shaft will not be self-locking.

Please pay attention when the valve is required to be self-locked.

2. The weight of the product is added 3kg for the QT Integral.

Functions

1.Local Control:

The machine adopts magnetic rotation switch, it can achieve the control state’s switch

between the Local and Remove in the case of complete isolation with the electrical

cabinet, as well as control of opening and closing the valve, and parameter setting of the

electric unit (for intelligent type ).

The machine adopts high-definition display window of the digital and identification

symbols, the unique background lighting, and the machine is equipped with three

LED lamps (green, yellow and red) for indicating state of the valve. Even in the

evening, the observation can be clearly conducted, and the machine can display the

contents, and Chinese display, as well as the function of man-machine conversation

(intelligent type).

2.LCD Display Window:

The machine adopts high-definition display window of the digital and identification

symbols, the unique background lighting, and the machine is equipped with three

LED lamps (green, yellow and red) for indicating state of the valve. Even in the

evening, the observation can be clearly conducted, and the machine can display the

contents, and Chinese display, as well as the function of man-machine conversation

3.Self Error Correction of the Power Supply and the Function of

Phase Disconnection Protection

For common electrical unit, phase sequence of the three-phase power

supply must be correct, once phase sequence error occurs, the electrical unit

or valve may be damaged, while the new type of electrical unit is increased

with phase-identifying function, whether phase sequence of the power

supply introduced is correct or not, the actuator can rotate according to the

set direction. At the same time, the machine can monitor the full three-phase

AC power supply, if one phase or multi-phase is lost, the machine can

prohibit operation of the electrical unit, and give warning at the same time

for protecting the electrical unit.
