Hydraulic disc brake with air oil transformer
DBM hydraulic brake is usually matched with BST hydraulic booster, they are worked together. BST hydraulic booster can transform air pressure to oil pressure for DBM hydraulic brake via a transparent plastic pipe, making it braking force in twice or quadruple. DBM-10 and DBM-20 hydraulic brake can worked with BST-2 or BST-4 for power increasing as needed.
DBM hydraulic caliper disc brake is normal releasing brake, it is driven by oil pressure. As usually, this brake is in released status, after supplying oil pressure, this hydraulic brake will clamp steel plate fastly and make it stopped immediately.
DBM hydraulic brake is an easy operation brake, it is stable, economic and high braking power. It can be used in dry and wet working situation, such as oil pump. DBM hydraulic caliper disc brake is also a kind of friction brake, it is applied to clamp steel plate for stopping.
DBM hydraulic caliper disc brake is a kind of caliper disc brake, it is driven by oil pressure with DOT3 or DOT4 hydraulic braking oil. It has two types, right "R" and left "L". So when you order this product, please indicate which type you need in advance. DBM10R, DBM20R means the oil source is input through right side, DBM10L, DBM20L means the oil source is input through left side. DBM10 is suitable for clamping steel disk thickness 10mm, and DBM20 is suitable for clamping steel disk thickness 20mm.
This hydraulic brake can produce high braking power, it is widely applied in crane, elevator, lifter and etc. Following is the detail technical data of them for your reference:
From above technical data we can understand that size of DBM10 and DBM20 is very similar, mainly difference is their clamping steel disk thickness. DBM10 is suitable for 10mm, and DBM20 is suitable for 20mm. No matter braking steel disc thickness is 10mm or 20mm, their braking force is the same.
From above "air pressure versus torque" table we can see that, DBM10 and DBM20 braking power is the same, while braking disc diameter larger, its braking power is larger, too. So we can understand that this brake's braking force is determined by oil pressure, braking disc plate diameter. Braking disc thickness is not influence for braking force.
