Pneumatic operate clutch and brake combination unit

KB clutch and brake combination unit is a friction type clutch and brake group. It can be worked as clutch and brake together and transmit high torque. It is rapid response and precise connection & braking. Friction disc can be replaced without disassembling the clutch.

It can be application iin shaping machine, cutting machine, textile machine, wood-working machine, various automatized machine and etc.

Shanghai Handong made KB pneumatic clutch and brake unit can replace HACB-600 and PCCU model combination clutch and brake. When ti is not supply air pressure, brake braked, clutch released. After supplying air pressure, piston compresses braking springs, piston disc separated with brake friction plate and linked with clutch friction plate, then clutch linked, brake braked. After exhausting air pressure, braking springs push piston to slide along the direction of the axis, piston disc separated with clutch friction plate, linked with brake friction plate, then clutch released, brake braked again.

This KB model clutch and brake unit has two kinds of air inlet modes, shaft air inlet and end air inlet.
