The features of ZKLDF series rotary table bearing ZKLDF100 :
ZKLDF series turnable bearing has the characteristics of low friction, high rotation accuracy, high limit speed, etc. It can withstand higher axial and radial loads and has higher inclined stiffness. These bearings are suitable for axial and radial combined loads and precision applications, and are widely used in machine tool rotary tables, grinding heads, and various test equipment.
Limiting speeds: ZKLDF series rotary table bearing ZKLDF100 allows the limiting speed given in the dimension tables. The operating temperature that occurs depends largely on the environmental conditions. The calculation can be performed by thermal balance analysis based on friction torque data.
Bearing preload: After the bearings are installed and completely fixed with screws, they are radially and axially clearance-free and preloaded.
Temperature differences: The temperature difference between the shaft and the bearing housing will affect the preload of the radial bearing, which in turn will affect the working performance of the bearing device. If the shaft temperature is higher than the housing temperature, the radial preload will increase proportionally, so the load on rolling elements, bearing friction and bearing temperature will increase.
