KB0200BB high torque clutch and brake unit for forging machine

KB integrated pneumatic clutch and brake is also called pneumatic operated clutch & brake combination unit, it is a heavy duty disc type design, suit for heavy industries applications.This type of clutch and brake unit can produce high torque with compact size, so it is widely used in forging machine for linking and separation.

This KB pneumatic clutch and brake is a compact structure, it is the combination of air shaft clutch and brake, that is to say, it can be used as a clutch and brake at the same time. This KB product can be used as clutch and brake at the same time. When it is not supply air pressure, brake braked, clutch released. After supplying air pressure, piston compresses braking springs, piston disc separated with brake friction plat and linked with clutch friction plate, then clutch linked, brake released. After exhausting air pressure, braking springs push piston to slide along the direction of the axis, piston disc separated with clutch friction plate, linked with brake friction plate, then clutch released, brake braked again.

KB model clutch & brake unit has two kinds of air inlet modes, shaft air inlet and end air inlet.

Regular model includes: KB-0050, KB-0100, KB-0200, KB-0400, KB-0050, KB-0500, KB-0600, KB-0800, KB-1200. It has three modes, KB-BB, KB-CC, KB-CS. They are divided according to their installation method, KB-BB is without installation lug, KB-CC and KB-CS are with four installation lugs.
