20KGS Magnetic powder clutch for packing and printing machine

Magnetic powder clutch function is the same with pneumatic clutch, the difference is power source. Magnetic powder clutch takes magnetic powder as power source, while pneumatic clutch takes air pressure as power source. It is widely used in packing and printing machine.

Magnetic powder clutch FL use magnetic powder as power source. After power on, magnetic powder and powder connected together, clutch linked, then driving part power transmitted to the driven part. After power off, under the effect of gravity, magnetic powder and powder scattered, clutch released.

This magnetic powder clutch has two types, one is with two extend shafts, another is without shaft that is hollow shaft. Clutch is driven by magnetic powder, it is widely used in packing and printing machine for tension control. 

Magnetic powder clutch is extensive used for rewinding machine, it is suitable for small torque tension control. For the large torque control, pneumatic clutch is better.
