HMC-1A pneumatic caliper disc brake for tire forming machine

HMC-A pneumatic caliper disc brake is a small size clamp brake without air cylinder. It is driven by air pressure, after inputting air source, up and down friction pads clamped for stopping. From above technical data we can see that HMC-1A, HMC-2A are suitable for 6mm thickness steel plate clamping, and HMC-3A is suitable for 10mm thickness steel plate clamping. This HMC braking force is varied via air pressure and steel plate's diameter. When the braking disc diameter larger, its braking force is higher, too. For example, when steel disc diameter is 250mm, HMC-1A braking force is 28N.m, HMC-2A braking force is 43N.m, HMC-3A braking force is 70N.m.
