Linear Water Valve

Ordinary ball valve is not suitable for taking the roles of controlling.

Newbase has solved the flow characteristic of ordinary ball valves successfully.

With a disc which has a concave sphere,the actual flow is controlled by the holes of ball valve and V hole of characteristic disc together.

Although the flow coefficient is reduced, but it's equivalent to the globe valve in same caliber
In order to avoid using a pipe throttler in most case, each size of the throttle valve can be used in different Kvs value.

Function:

This characteristic control vavle is drived by an actuator. Actuator is controlled by a standard controller control and drive the ball valve to rotate to the appropriate position according to the control signal.

Simple open-close mode can be 2 or 3 line control mode as customized.
